My wife picked up some pre-packaged beef tips in bourbon sauce the other day. You just throw them in the microwave and heat them. The bourbon sauce that was on it was really good. I don't think I've every had it before. Does anyone have a recipe for bourbon sauce that they've used on wild game? I thought it would be really good with deer steaks. Thanks

I have made a bourbon sauce with
1 cup Jim Beam
1 cup dark molasis
2 cups brown sugar
salt
cracked black pepper
garlic powder to taste
Mix all ingrediants together

Steve,
Thanks for the recipe. How do you cook with it? Do you use it with grilling or as a sauce when baking, etc...? Thanks again.

If you do not like the above recipe pour a cup of Jim Beam for yourself, and taste the sauce again. Two or three times through and the sauce will be perfect. Guaranteed!!
