Title: Saturdays Smoke.
Post by: Skinner on September 30, 2008, 03:31:00 PM
Did a small wedding reception / party for a buddy of mine on Saturday - something I don't normally do. I started my fire at 5 AM and everything finished cooking by 4 pm.

- Two rear pork quarters at 21 & 23 lbs each.
- Three chickens @ 4 lbs each
- Two beef roasts @ 8 & 9 lbs each.

Is it lunch time yet?

That's a nice looking rig Skinner.  Did you build it?  Your pictures make me hungry!

I did 3 pork quarters for an "End Of Summer" Party last weekend.  Love the puLled pork!
