Title: DEER STEAK FAJITAS

2 LBS DEER STEAK [LEG STEAK,OR ROUND WORKS BEST]
1 GREEN PEPPER[BELL]
1/2 ONION
2 TOMATOES
1 TSP CUMIN
1 TSP CHILI POWDER
SALT &PEPPER TO TASTE

CUT MEAT,TOMATOES,ONIONS AND PEPPERS INTO SLIVERS
PUT OIL INTO PAN,DROWN MEAT
ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS
COOK FOR A WHILE,STIRRING
THEN PUT LID ON AND COOK ON LOW FOR20 MIN.
PUT IN TORTILLAS WITH SHREDED CHESE AND   :jumper:    :jumper:  SALSA  :jumper:

Sounds good!  Heading to the freezer now to take some venison out for tomorrow.
