Thought id share a turkey recipe ive got since spring is right around the corner! It involves a fryer of some sort, heat oil to 350-375. Take fresh turkey breast and cut into chunks(3"x2"), and get damp or egg/milk dredge them. Next make a breading of 1 can of Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs, dash of season salt and bout 1-2 cups parmesan cheese. Cover turkey chunks liberally and fry for about 3-5mins or until floating and golden brown. I eat em with Louisiana Hot Sauce  Fish breading like Shorelunch works too!!! Enjoy!

Travis I will run pheasants breast the same way and wo. cheese. I usually take a tenderizer mallet and hammer them down a bit before dredging. Oh yeah on the hotsausce. I had some of those pheasant poppers over the weekend and the hotsauce kicks em up. thanks for sharing. tom
