Cant keep it in stock once you feed it to folks! I use a 1:3 ratio of ground pork fat to ground venison. I use Leggs #25 seasoning and it makes the best sausage you gonna eat. I give a lot to landowners and friends. If you are looking for a good seasoning to try, it will not disappoint
