I just bumped an old one to the top that I tried today. It's not bad!

I just had a hog done up in smoked links with cheese and roasted jalapeño pieces and its awesome Benjy !!!!

Thanks Ray, I bought some "Leggs Old Plantation" seasoning. I mixed the #25 mild and the #109 Hot. It is smoking!!!
