Post by: Traditional-Archer on January 18, 2013, 07:30:00 PM
The first thing I'm going to do is clean the countertops VI instructions by
the boss. Secondly I laid out all the ingredients to make my roast.

Add 1
and a half cups of beef broth 100 % fat free and no MSG. added. Add 1
tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.

Put your roast in the crock pot and push down on it slightly, this
allows the sauce mixture and ingredients to cover the top of your roast.  (http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z166/Traditional-Archer/IMG_20130116_110849_601.jpg)

Put your crock pot setting on high for 2 hours and then put it on low until you're ready to eat I like mine to go on all day. Five to seven hours is ideal.  (http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z166/Traditional-Archer/IMG_20130116_184017_677.jpg)  (http://i190.photobucket.com/albums/z166/Traditional-Archer/IMG_20130116_184334_632.jpg)
