Is it a O.A. Norlund???? A Steinbacher???? Some other head?
It looks to have been shiny zinc plated but the surface rust has darkened it a bit. No markings of any kind on it. About 1 1/8" wide. Weighs 170 grains.

I would say O.A.Norland without the stamping.

Did they make any that didnt say Game Getter?
-
Usually stamped Game Getter on ferr. Usually plated a tin color with a pinhole.

Steinbacher heads are identical in size, shape and construction as the O.A.Norland, but have a black finish.
