I want His will to be done.

I thank Him that He gives us all free will but that means things may not go as I hope.

Keeping everything in perspective and without any hardening of my heart is of utmost importance.

Post by: bucksdown on December 20, 2010, 08:15:00 AM: i don't know the details of your situation but my heart goes out to you. sometimes the psychological pain seems harder to deal with than phyisical. muud your right in thanking him for his free will. there was a time i wanted GOD to grab someone up by the neck and make them do what they knew was right, i was reminded by a friend that he will not go around their free will, but his holy spirit would not leave them alone, especially when they lay there head down at night. mudd just keep remembering GOD loves you and he will continue to work in your life to take a bad situation and make it good. i'm sure you know without free will there could never be true love. that's the only way GOD wants us to come to him. i will be praying for you and that GODS holy spirit will convict everyones heart in thi situation. GOD LOVES YOU AND SO DO WE!

I will be praying for you buddy! My dad is working his way through some chest paint stuff right now and they just did some test on my wife's mother. I will lift you up when I do them.

A week ago Monday night I was spending my last night home before heading into the hospital early in the morning for surgery. I got a call from a friend telling me he would not be able to be my anesthesiologist due to a snag in scheduling and some hospital stuff he couldn’t control. I was real disappointed about it because Iwas looking forward to having a brother in Christ praying over me and watching over me all through the procedure. That was going to be a real comfort. The next morning as I lay in prep I got to thinking I still had a friend watching over me and going through it every step of the way. I felt kind of foolish leaning so much of an a friend when I have a savior that will always be with me through everything. That gave me what I needed to settled down a little and roll in to the operating room without a care.

I continue to strive at staying in His will.

I am reminded daily that His mercy begins anew each and every day. He sees me through.

I find myself no different that just about everyone, wanting the mountain top experiences but I am trying my best to to thank and praise Him for the valleys as I know that's were real growth comes from.

Seemed like the end of the world at the time. The Lord will work all things for good, my life if much happier now than ever before - in large part because I'm not walking alone.

I know to well the shock and pain felt by a divorce. My wife left me afte5 34 years. I thought it was just some passing idea she had but it came to pass.

My prayers are with you Brother! The church I attend has a group for men in our situation called Seperated Men. It isn't about fixing our wives, but about making us more Godly Men. There is also "Divorce Care", which can be found in most areas.

I will continue to pray for you and want you to know that there is hope for healing and peace.
