My back is giving me fits , walking , standing, I have pinched nerve basically , the Dr. said. Im working on diet, strengthing my core, I am in alot pain at times...Im sorry if I ever got in yalls way , Im sad, need prayers, thanks mark

Hang in there Mark. Sounds like you may have some pressure on your Sciatic nerve. Try to be patient and take it slow, if it hurts ...don't.
I will be praying for your healing. It will get better if you give it the time.

Been having fits with my right side, leg, knee, down my calf, into my ankle... got MRI finally. Narrowing of the spine from arthritis...getting a lamenectomy (?)Thursday AM to relieve the pressure. Going to have to happen sooner than later anyway, so why wait to damage more of the nerve?
I'll let ya know how it goes! :) Only a 23 hr admit, so can't be too bad!
Therapy helped mine for a bit, but once I saw the MRI, I KNEW I had to do this...ain't smart to mess with the 220 line! :)

Pinched nerves are aggravating because it seems just when you're feeling better you move the wrong way and ouch it's back.
