Haven't been here in a long while - sometimes it takes a pressing need & nudge from a friend (thanks to Dave Landis, aka: Doc) to remind one where there are goodly folk who will lift a loved one up in prayer... My lovely wife of 36 years is having gall bladder surgery this Friday. Your thoughts and prayers will surely be appreciated...

Glad to see you post, Jim. there are so many incredible prayer warriors here that seldom, if EVER, post up...
I have your wife, right here on my computer in my daily Outlook calendar to remind me to be praying for your bride starting tonite thru all day tomorrow.
Please let us know how the surgery goes. You'll be doing a bit more around the house for a few days, but everyone I know who's had that surgery, was up and around in no time after only a few days downtime!
Keep the Son in your and her eyes!

Prayers sent. My wife had it too & it took a while to get her system adjusted. Remind your wife she has to be careful what she eats while her body adjusts.

Dave & Galen - The surgery was flawess, and her recovery very good. She's home resting now, and feels well enough to laugh... I'm sure the prayers offered on her behalf are the reason the operation went so well - I thank you both from the bottom of my heart...

Been there, done that, glad your wife came through fine. Any surgery is scary, prayers and a good husband go a long way in a successful outcome.
I had to walk home from the hospital after mine, but that's another story that Mockingbird wishes I would forget! :nono:

Got your PM, Jim, and as I replied then, I believe your heart(s) and love of Him, are more likely what made the blessings flow!
Great news! Keep the warm tea flowing and foot rubs I hear help!
Killy, now you enlisted the world to help keep that one alive and known!
