Keep Jerry in your thoughts please. Those who pray, please do so.
Just got back from bear camp, hunting with Jerry, & on our last day there, he was taken into hospital in Quebec to have surgery for kidney stones.
I hate that we had to leave him, but we simply had to catch our flights.
Mike Davenport & a couple of other Tradgangers are there with him this week & I don't know whether their hunt will be affected by this. I truly hope not.

I hear that those kidney stones can be the worst hell on earth!
Didn't even know they DID surgery for them...yikes!
Prayers for sure for Jerry Russell to come thru with flying colors and mend well...also that the other boys can still enjoy hunt time!
God's will be done...!

Worst pain I have ever had. Did not know there was surgery either, must be a bad case. I know that now they have a sonic proceedure that will bust them into powder. Hope he is ok, prayers up.

Went in about 3 years ago to have one removed because it would not pass. Kept it in me for about 20 days but was able to tolerate the pain. They put me to sleep and when in and got it out. Insurance covered it.
That was the right kidney. About a month ago had one in the left kidney. Started about 8:00 AM in the morning. Kept throwing up and could not keep any pain pills down. By 2:30 PM I was just ready to die the pain was so unbearable. My wife took me to the emergency room were they Immeadiately gave me a drip and instantly the pain was gone. Good news was about 3 hours later at home I passed it. Bad news I only have a major medical policy that will not cover the emergency room. Right now the bill is up to $7600.00. Was it worth it. At the time every penny. That is how bad they are. Prayers for Jerry that he gets the relief he needs.
