Title: Update I'm back

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers. I'm home from down south. Lost some wright again and with that strength. But I'm pain free, gall bladder was removed and now just have to work my way back. Back to the gym in the AM and will slowly get back to my normal routine. This getting old thing is a lot tougher than I thought it would be.......lol

Just had a birthday myself recently...got a card said that aging is like frying bacon in the nude...

You know it's going to hurt, you just don't know where!    :knothead:    :eek:

LOL!!! My sister says getting old ain't for sissies. Glad you're on the rebound.

Glad to hear you're back.  I too am getting older, but never considered frying bacon in the buff.  A whole lotta ouch!!!
