Jimmy... Wow! Are you and Caroline going to be there at the same time as we are? That's way cool if that's the case. Doug Otte is going to be there, too. He's a PBS member and was one of the Weiners in that same Weiner roast that got me! I don't know if he was at Howard's when you were, but if not, I can tell you he's a great guy. I call him "Crispy" now.
We leave the states on the 18th of July, get to Windhoek on the 20th, and start the hunt either the 21st or 22nd. Are those your dates?
Karen will be there and our grandson, Paulie. You two won't recognize Karen!
Let me know if that is the same time frame you'll be there.
AUSTRALIA...Ab-so-lute-ly AWESOME. I saw hundreds of Buffalo, zillions of pigs, and all sorts of other neat stuff. I am booking for next June for three weeks. No, I didn't get a Buffalo, but I sure did have some close encounters. Amazing country, great people, and nice warm weather.

Hey guys... Sorry to turn this into a personal message board, but I tried to e-mail Paul today and got bounced back. Anyway, Lori and I are making an extended tour of Namibia on various assignements in July and planned to drop in on Allan briefly. By coincidenece (I guess) we will be there the same time as the rest of you. Of course, I have hunted with Jimmie and Doug before. So, we'll see you there in July. Don

Paul,Don-our camp dates are July 12-20. If we miss you there, hopefully we will catch up with you at the airport before we start our tour. We will be either in Swakopmund or at Onganga after the 20th.

That is very cool! I have a post on the link "Faces of Traditional.." on the PowWow forum so you know what I look like. Just look for the guy who's 38 with grey hair! Oh and look for the guy who has a smile on his face after hunting at Ha Nore for 10 days.

Dang, Jimmy, it looks like we won't see you. We leave Missoula on the 18th. We arrive at Windhoek on the 20th, at noon. I think we stay over night in Windhoek and then head out to Ha Nore the next morning.
Email me at [email protected] and we can figure out if we will overlap anywhere. Don't shoot all the Eland...leave the biggest for me.
