I hope everyone likes them one thing that you will clearly notice is the difference in vegetation summer vs winter.
Gentleman I love talking about Africa and if it is bow hunting in Africa even better I have noticed that some of you are experience hunters in the dark continent but I am sure there are others with a few burring questions? :bigsmyl:
Please don’t hesitate to bring them up here and we can form a nice discussion as to African wildlife and hunting methods as well as share some past experiences?
Best Regards

Nice Roan!! $$$$$$ tag on him not pretty I'm sure. Very nice pictures, bring back lots of good memories.

I love that picture at the top with the sunset and giraffe. Classic Africa.
-
Those are absolutely beautiful! I especially love the picture of the oryx. Someday that would be a dream come true.
-
hello a question please, is this a special south african species of Roan ?
-
Hi Gentleman.
Thanks for the nice compliments on the photo’s.
Jason don’t worry I have somewhat of a gemsbuck addiction myself LOL. ;)
Kibok&Ko this is the Southern Roan it is one of the best bull’s I have seen in South Africa I estimate him to be 28”, the only place I have seen better Roan was in the South Luangwa Zambia they tend to have thicker basis there.
Funny how habitat plays a major role in the horn growth of an animal I bet you get the same thing back home with white tail and elk?
