Curt,
Got home today and waiting for me at the door were the yew cores I ordered from ya. All I can say is thanks, WOW, those are some pretty cores, knot free and just beautiful. Can't wait to start on the bamboo backed yew bow.

Guys, if you want nice wood, Curt is your guy.

Thanks for the feedback,I'm glad you're happy. Please post a picture when the bow is done.

I decided to also add Bocote to the choices. These are my favorite bow woods and will make unique one of a kind works of art, I will only sell quality to my fellow bowyers!

these are ground to veneer laminations @ $24pair plus shipping,if you require something other than veneers we can work it out.
Thanks,Curt

(no Bocote as of 10/20/10)will be getting more soon.

Curt,
I would like to get a board of each of the following enough to make say 1 GOOD pair of Lams or Veneers.I have some bows in the works plus a close friend of mine builds bows so the bowyers would grind their own Lams or Veneers to their specs. Can you make all of them WIDE enough for Recurve OR Longbow ? I am not a bowyer so if i need to call you do not hesitate to have me do so,I would just need your tel #.
NOTE: I really would like the most FIGURED stuff you have.
  VERY MUCH APPRECIATED.

From a recent order to a tradgang member SveinD in norway

"I recently decided to try my hand at laminate bows, and by chance, I saw an ad here in the sponsors classifieds.
After seeing what he had in stock, I started bombarding him with messages and he answered each one with the patience of a rock.
I ordered some beautiful bocote and myrtle, and some yew veneers to have as reserves.
Well yesterday I got the goods, and my are they sweet! They were shipped fast, but thoroughly packed,
which really puts the icing on the cake for a serious dealer.

To my amazement the yew was nearly the prettiest wood in the package, pics in the listings really don't do it justice.
And he even threw in a couple of extra veneers, probably feeling sorry for my high shipping rate

I'd put in some pics here of veneers being used, but Doc says no labor with my bad arm, so it'll have to wait till I'm all healed..

To see pictures check out his listings page in the link below!

Thanks Curt, we will be doing business in the future I'm sure!"
