It all depends on the level you're at, your understanding of the basics - lighting, exposure, etc., and what you want to photograph. A good website for insight to composition and lighting is here - www.radiantvista.com (http://www.radiantvista.com) They offer daily critiques of photographs sent in by people.
Bryan Petersen has some good books on photography basics (and advanced topics). He started the Picture Perfect School of Photography which has online courses and sells books - http://www.ppsop.com/site/store.html
John Shaw is widely recognized as a landscape genius - http://www.johnshawphoto.com/home.htm
Here's another good place to visit too - http://jgowinsphoto.com/

Those sites deal with composition, lighting and exposure - the same whether for digital or film.
Here is a site with lots of forums where you can find most anything you like - http://www.fredmiranda.com/ Check out the forums.
Here's another site you may find useful - http://luminous-landscape.com/
And here's a site with a review of your camera - http://www.dpreview.com/reviews/canoneos350d/

If you want photoshop tutorials, join NAPP (National Asociation of Photoshop Professionals). It's $99 a year, but the magazine alone is worth that. All sorts of tutorials and videos, discounts, even free shipping from B&H Photo. I'm going to a one day conference on Photoshop for Photographers and got $20 off. The $99 is a bargain. http://www.photoshopuser.com
