Title: online pix frustrated
Post by: straitera on January 30, 2011, 10:20:00 AM
Never posted pix here because of 2 Photobucket wrecks. Anybody got the time to walk me through? Somewhat comp savy but not enough to stay out of the weeds when deciding an online pic storage. PM your # & I'll call. Leave for church around 10:15am CST & hunting after. Back by dark thirty tonight. Thanks in advance. b

Try Imgur.com, I think it is much easier.

Thanks for the link Elksong!!!  I too was having problems with my photos (my work computer is very basic and I had trouble resizing images).

tinypic.com is good, imgur works better but if you don't pay the $24 per year you are limited to 225 total images and images are deleted after 3 months if they are not viewed.

Guys, get your own domain for a few bucks a year and manage your uploads and deletions via ftp commander. It leaves plenty of room for pictures and it is easier to link to them and leave them in full resolution.
Why bother with free applications if they change their policies all the times or tend to crash?
