A few months ago Terry Green suggested Trad Gang members should try to get together for hunts and so-forth, and thats how this hunt came about. Chad Francis, owner of Lost Creek Longbows and I had traded bows several times and talked a lot about hunting and such, well one thing led to another and the Iowa boys' headed south. We hunted hard for 3 days, endured terrible hunting weather and slept very little. But in the end it all worked out great, we had a great time, and we'll definately do it again.....the planning has already started. I'll post several pics over the next few days. WE GOT SOME GOOD ONES. THX FOR LOOKING, DON

Thanks JC, A lot of luck was involved with Skylers hog, but thats a big factor in everything we do, it seems. LOL....I'll post more details later. No pics of me, I was tree killer this week-end. {see pics} Self bow pic is Dave and last pic is Chad, both from Iowa..I'll post a few more pics later. We hunt a lot just a few miles from the house in Scottsboro AL around a waterfowl refuge. the hog population is large, but they seem to wander a lot. We've got a ton of game cam pics of some huge hogs. We hunted about 3 different spots this week-end, all on or near Lake Guntersville. Our best hog spot is on the Flint River, south of Macon. TNX again Don....P.S. the over the shoulder shot didn't happen, got busted, but cool pic anyway. That was another lucky shot, but with the camera. Don
