This is one I just finished up . I cut it from an old circular saw blade and added osage handle and no pins. Oal is 7 1/4" and blade is 3" , tried some file work on the spine of handle and blade . sharpened up nice and fits nice in the hand. Thanks for looking Drew

I like the file work also. How do you keep the glue out of the file work during glue up?

I didn't keep the glue out but removed it before it could harden up .

WOW thats a cool design! How did you remove the glue? What glue did you use?

I used a two part epoxy made by superglue , I just kinda used my pocket knife to dig the epoxy out while it was still soft.
