Here's a small, stout utility I made up yesterday.
The blade is 4mm thick 1095 & 15N20 ladder pattern, 300 layer from Mike Blue's forge.
OAL is just 6-3/4" with a 2-1/2" cutting edge. I've done it as a high sabre grind, with a fairy fine, 20 degree edge bevel.
The handle is some green Buckeye Burl & is held in place with one 6mm & one 8mm pin.
