Fillet Knife with Corian scales for the brother of a gal at work.

love that fillet knife.....what steel is the blade made out of?

That filet knife looks very nice, I have been tinkering with an idea of a kitchen knife using that for a handle and a sheath.

a little late reply farmboy, sorry,  the blade is stainless from a doctor blade used on a paper machine
