does anybody have a piece of nickel/silver i can buy off of you? all i need is enough for a gaurd and if i'm lucky a subhilt

I could sell you some, but you could also go to Texas Knifemakers Supply and get what you need.
They have a web site. Also there is Knife & Gun finishing Supply out of Lakeside Arizona. You can find them on the web as well. These are two great supply houses for knifemaker supplies.

all i really need is a piece of barstock about 2 inches long maybe 1/8 or 1/4 thick.
