James,
I've had a Featherhorn for several years now and I love it.  You won't be disappointed.  It is smooth, no shock and quiet.  I finally knocked down an elk with mine this past September.

Abe's craftsmanship is pretty much flawless and his bows are very well mannered shooters.

Excellent bows, one of the top 4 3pc takedown longbows in my opinion.

I shot a few at Kzoo. I love Abe's bows, and I have a Taiga he made for me about 4yrs ago. He makes awesome bows, although they are not the fastest in the world. He is also a great guy to do business with. Peace!

I have had a Featherhorn since 2000. 66", 51# @ 28". I've bought and sold a number of bows since then, but that is the one bow I will not part with. It's smooth ,quiet, and relatively fast. Abe's craftsmanship is always superb.

Great Bows, great guy, great service!!!

I had a warrenty issue do to a unusual riser crack and it happened within a week of a planned hunt and Abe was great to deal with. He immediatly shipped out a similar weight bow he had so I could use it for the hunt and by the time the hunt was done he had made me a new one.
