This is a blade I showed a few days back. You will recognize it as something different from what I usually make. It is forge from 1084 but there is very little edge drop below the ricasso. I wanted to make a loveless style but mine is hidden tang instead of full tang. The handle is brown Micarta. It really feels good in the hand.
The 1084 blade is 3-3/4 with an OAL of 8-1/2.

Thanks for always sharing Lin. It never gets old seeing your art.

That's hard to say - Loveless-ish.
But it sure is cool.

Another nice one, like the shape of the grip.

Very nice Lin. Exactly what I was hoping to see this one turn into when you showed me the blade.

That looks like it would take on most any chore. What grit finish is that on the blade?

Thank you gentlemen.
Jeremy, it's 320 grit.

I love the looks of that knife. Im a Loveless fan but that takes it further. Blade looks semi "Bowied".

Same with you Sir. Meeting you was the highlight of the trip for me. Seeing your work first hand was truly inspiring.
