Title: Another Camp Utility
Post by: KSCATTRAPR on December 01, 2015, 09:09:00 AM
I finished this one up this last week over our thanksgiving break for a fellow TradGanger. I should of measured it before I shipped it to give you the exact specs but The knife is close to 9" in total length if I remember right. Blade steel is 1095 and scales are stabilized box elder burl.

This knife was made to be a basic camp utility knife that could do everything from chopping to skinning. This is the first blade I made in my new forge and I sure am liking it.

Wow caley, that's fine looking. Can't wait to see it in person. Maybe today. I still have some hunting to do and hope I'll get to use it.

The knife is great, very clean finish and the leather is outstanding. Great piece bud, can't wait to put it to work.
