Title: Old File and Even Older Hedge Post
Post by: KSCATTRAPR on April 04, 2016, 08:50:00 AM
Here is one I finished up this weekend. The blade is 4" long and the overall length of the knife is 8". Like the title says, it's from an old file. The handle is from an old hedge post from my Great Grandpa's farm. Finished this one up just in time for turkey season.

I like the knives you've been turning out lately. That's the way personal styles are developed......keep it up

I agree with ron w. That is a solid working man's knife. Since its made from the old farm post connected to family history, this would be a good knife to use hard for many years, then pass on to the next generation. Good work.
