I've been working on this one in the evenings for the past couple weeks trying to get it finished up for a turkey hunting trip this weekend. It's a bit bigger than I'm used to making. The knife has a 6 3/4" cutting edge and is 11" in overall length. Not quite as big as most bowies on here, but big enough. Steel is 1084, the guard is from a scrap piece of 1095 not big enough to do anything else with, and the handle is once again from an old hedge post.

That's a good looking knife. That knife says " I look good, but I'm tough enough to handle anything."

I like the simple, straightforward design that begs to be used hard. Nice knife.

Would be proud to carry a knife like that in the woods. Reminds me of knives my uncle used to have. Great job.
