Title: Blade Show 2016
Post by: Steve Nuckels on June 14, 2016, 10:56:00 PM
Well a few weeks since the Blade Show, I'm rested up and recovered!  What an experience!  If you have never been to it, you should make it a priority!  Talk about sensory overload...

I went with a plan to meet certain folks and purchase some materials and supply's.  Best made plans of mice and men..  I also wanted to take a lot of photos, I failed miserably!

I did get to chat with Lin & Karl and look over their knives. They are fantastic artisans.

And I finally met Ray Hammond!

Great time, Great experience!

Anyone else go?

As you mentioned, I was there. I agree Steve. It was a nice show and a very pleasant experience. I really enjoyed your Moran styled knives that I saw there. You are carrying on his tradition in a way I know he would like seeing.   :campfire:

Steve,

It was great meeting you Sir.

Getting to see and hold your knives firsthand was as expected- a treat.  They are functional art, Steve.

That show goes by too fast....and you never get around to everyone and everything you want to!
