Title: Two with spalted maple
Post by: TrackerNy on August 16, 2016, 04:15:00 PM
Here's two hunters I just finished. Both are CPM35Vn stainless steel with stabilized spalted maple handles and stainless steel bolsters. Top knife has a 4 3/4" blade, 9 1/4" overall. Bottom knife has a 4 1/2" blade and is 8 1/2" overall.

Yep. I think spalted maple is my favorite all time scale material.

Those knives definately do that beautiful wood justice.

Awesome. Both are great looking blades and the handle material makes them look that much better!

Thanks all. I agree Todd. Spalted maple is my favorite handle wood along with cocobola and ironwood. Then again black and white ebony is pretty nice too.
