I've never seen one before, but it's definitely some kind of shear. A guillotine for steel?

It's a cigar cutter. They've since miniaturized them.    ;)

That's in pretty good shape! Wish I still had mine, let it go waaaay too cheap, had wheels and everything. Prett hard on the back, so we had to take turns.   Any idea how much to ship to Ontario, Canada, disassembled of course.  Thanx,...Lloyd

I have heard that Google has a site where you can post pics and get an answer. I have never uses it, just heard about it.
