Here's my first attempt... Hidden Tang. Used JB weld for my epoxy... I really enjoyed this project and plan to do a few more.. however, I'd like to step up my blade quality. Supplier recommendations? Also, any universal sheaths I can purchase?

Nice work Jesse.

Very nice. I like that blade shape.
My comment regarding the sheath is to repeat the old saying "a knife can have many sheaths, but a sheath can have only one knife". You really want a sheath which will hold the knife securely and protect the knife from you and what you bump into and protect you from the knife.
Really fine leather work is a thing to be admired and usually the result of many years of experience. However, I'm living proof that even a beginner can easily make a serviceable sheath with decent instruction.
Some of the master-class knife work on here deserves only the very best in leather work, but for a hobbyist, I'd say get a book on leather crafting and give it a try. I'm learning to enjoy it almost as much as the knife making.
