I've been invited as a guest to a Brook Trout camp in Northern Maine on the Canadian border this coming week. It's one of these old LL Bean camps with guides and meals all included...not my typical style of fishing but I'm sure I can take a week of pampering :)
Made up a couple of knives as a thank you for my host. Bird & Trout knife 7 1/2 inches OAL, 1084 carbon steel, River Birch stabilized with Cactus Juice compliments of Benjy...tippit

That is as good as it gets for a trout knife!
