Title: Elk Antler Slicer
Post by: KSCATTRAPR on August 05, 2017, 07:20:00 PM
This one is a pretty good little slicer. I've used it around the kitchen a few times and really like it. I imagine it will make it to a few hunting camps this year and get used. It has an Elk antler handle and 1084 steel. Overall length is 8" with a 4 1/4" blade.

Really nice. Can you tell about the spacer arrangement?

Thanks guys. Lin, Here is a better picture of the front of the knife. I filed a groove all the way around the antler and glued a piece of solder in the groove and lightly tapped it with a small hammer all the way around until the solder filled the groove. It's different but I think it fits the knife.

That would look right at home tucked behind a mountain mans belt. Nice work.
