Title: 3 7/8" Kevlar slipjoint
Post by: bjansen on February 12, 2018, 04:37:00 PM
I was able to finish this one this weekend.  Really turned out good, one of the best yet.  I used thunderstorm Kevlar and 410 SS for the scales and 1095 for the blade and spring.  I used SS fasteners and a 3/16 SS pivot. I did all the countersinking on the mill with end mills and drill bits which worked very well, but was a bit time consuming.
