Title: Ghillie Doe 11/01/08
Post by: Flatstick on November 02, 2008, 09:26:00 PM
I used my usual equipment, Osage self bow and tonkin cane arrows with trade points. If you have never tried a ghillie suit, you really should. Just be prepared to be run over if the game your after doesn’t see you, they can get REALLY close.  :scared:

Sweet!! Congrats!!
Story on PowWow reads like an intense and thrilling hunt.
What brand and model suit do you have, or is it hand made?

BOFF,,,it is a Rancho Safari "long-coat". I honestly didn't think I would get a shot off becasue she was coming so close! I don't know if I got to full draw or if I just snap shot her it happened so quick.
