I took two smaller ones the day before, but held out for a wall hanger and got him!
Missed him once at 12 yards charging me, and took him in the head at 18 yards when he was re-grouping for his next charge.

I assume you used a heavy arrow and two blade head with such a low draw weight.
You are a lucky man,it could have gotten ugly.
Good shootin'

WHOA!! I'm glad everything turned out OK, Could have gotten real ugly I once had a friend who didn't shoot straight, I don't know if he'll ever be the same. He still walks around and flinches when ever anything little flies by, garbage, leaves etc. :jumper: Joe

Very happy for you, just think what could have happened if he would have gotten ahold of you! It makes me shudder. I jumped one once and missed him on the run{ ok so he was standing still} but I was scared. Yeah thats it!! :bigsmyl:

That's why I always have someone else with me who's "pack'n". He's a wall-hanger for sure!

Looks like you got him just in time! That could've ended badly!
