One down... millions to go
-
Well done mate and beautiful bow.
-
I love living in Colorado, but we don't have hogs.. I better move!
-
I feel your pain Joe. I love living in KS but it would be awesome to be able to hunt something like a hog year around! But if I had that kind of opportunity year around I don't know if my wife would put up with it!
-
Nice, the bow puts a little lipstick on her! Can't wait to get my chance in about 3 days!
-
you guys wishing you could hunt hogs...be patient. they'll get to you soon enough. these beasts spread like wild fire and are very destructive! we can hunt then year 'round here (florida) and no bag limit. given that, we hunters arent even putting a dent in the population. good to see one down! nice take.
-
Congrats
-
The pig might be ugly, but the bow is a beauty! Who made it?
-
very nice job sir!
-
Hey Rod....it is a Dan Toelke (Montana Bows) 3 piece takedown Lynx. Vermonster13 has a review on this bow under product reviews. it is a really nice bow. The craftsmanship is impeccable!
-
Ugly pig? I hope I never start to think any of them are good looking! LOL. anyway good job.
-
Good job on the portly pig.
-
Congratulations! :clapper: It was nice of you to bring a few flowers to the funeral. :jumper:
-
I just got me one of those Toelke Lynx recurves. It is really fast, really smooth, and so so quiet!!
-
All of these hog threads make me wish we could shoot them here in KS. I guess that KDWP will wait until they have done tons of damage to open hunting on them.
-
Thought you said "Ugly". Looks beautiful to me, nice work.

I can't say for other states but here in Illinois if the critter is not in the regs there is no "closed season" persay. We have some mountian lions here in Illinois that the DNR says don't exist. As such...if we see one we can hunt it. Every year seems like somebody kills at least one. A year or two ago there was a black bear on a trail cam.

Nice lookin pig - nice lookin bow!
