Title: True South boar
Post by: Yohon on February 17, 2015, 04:08:00 PM: Had a great hunt with Jim and Irv down in sunny south Florida! Morning were slow but was into boars each evening. On the last evening I got a 7 yard shot at a fine boar. My first critter with a Grizzly broadhead. I shot the boar quartering away and buried it into the off side leg and couldnt pull the arrow out!! Shot it with my 42lb Titan.

I don't know if it because I don't get to hunt em much but those things jack me up!!!

John and his friend, Jay hunted hard and got multiple sightings.

Sometimes the swirly wind alerted those intelligent critters that it may not be wise to come all the way to the feeder.

We had kind of tough conditions, cool mornings and windy afternoons, but those guys stuck it out, and we had a lot of fun..

Send me a text with those photos, John. Would love to have them on my phone.

Post by: highlow on February 20, 2015, 07:37:00 PM: Way to go John. I hunted that same stand last week but for only one morning. No hogs but did see the most beautiful bobcat I've ever seen. It was huge. Thinking about going back down to True South and get out of this damn cold. Eat well.
