Just shy of two years hunting with the first osage bow I ever made, finally on the Dec 11th, with about half hour to go I finally harvested my first primitive deer. By far my favorite hunt to date. Thanks for all the compliments. I learn a lot from everyone on here.
I actually fleshed the hide and have it drying so I can make a Saxton Pope style quiver. Figure that would be a better reminder of the hunt than a mount would.
