Title: My first trad deer

Shot him with my 50# Mohawk, 160 grain Zwickey.  Sitting in an oak tree on edge of a pasture.  Saw him and another, larger buck lightly fighting for about 10 minutes.  Several does and the 2 bucks made their way towards my side, does got spooked and ran off, small buck tip toed in to investigate, gave me a perfect 10 yard shot, ran 100 yards and dropped.  Looks like a high double lung shot, complete pass through.  Haven't found my arrow yet and wasn't a very good blood trail.  Awesome hunt, lots of activity last night.

This was the 3rd season I have been trad hunting deer.  So it was a great feeling, well worth the wait.  Very fulfilling.
