Title: Treeshark harvest pics
Post by: gordydog on December 20, 2017, 09:36:00 AM
John McDonald Big River longbow 66" 51# tapered cedar arrow,  Simmons Treeshark with 100gr. Woody weight.  After passing on a forked buck at 10yds and the adult doe at 8 yds, the nice young doe was the one I wanted and stopped at 10yds.  A focused,  well controlled shot put the arrow where I was looking and a stand up blood trail of 25yds followed.
Passed many small bucks so far, still holding buck tag.

The Treeshark is my own personal BH of choice for deer and turkeys.

Congrats!  I would use a bigger broad head to get a better blood trail    :goldtooth:
