Title: Rabbit Stew!

The Atchafalaya River is high and the rabbits have less ground to roam on making it prime stalking in the swamp on the ridges. Our season ended Wednesday and I was fortunate to get these two Monday evening.

Love rabbit hunting though I don't go as much as I used to due to lack of locations ....Used to have some big old swamp rabbits I hunted when back in my teens .  A few of those giants roamed the swamps I trapped and hunted.

Anyways , Big Congrats on getting after them again before your season runneth out ;)
