**I talked with Bernie this evening**

Bernie sounds great!

He is not without challenges (who is) and during my long chat with him He mentioned several times how
much he appreciates the group here in prayer room!

He wanted me to give y'all big thank-you!

I lost a HS chum who was like a brother to me several years ago.  I'd introduced him to his wife, now widow, when he was home on leave from the AF some 44 yrs ago

At his "Celebration of LIfe" service, his pastor said something that I think epitomizes Bernie... He said of my friend JIM, "he was a man of Character and a Character of a man..." I think that pretty much sums up our own Garden Gnome, the "MINI-Grunt" Bernie Dunn! :jumper: :bigsmyl:
