Title: Knife Making Weekend?
Post by: joebuck on May 03, 2018, 02:42:16 PM
A buddy of mine and myself want to forge our own knife. Is there a school around the southeast anyone would reccomend we should try? 3 day weekend kind of thing. our ultimate goal is to get into making our own knives and testing the waters on what equipment we need. We are just a couple bowhunters just wanting to make our own stuff. we live in north mississippi.  thanks  joey buchanan

Just missed the Batson Bladesmithing Symposium at Tannehill state park near Birmingham.  I've been a few times and always learned a lot.
