Anyone have info?
KT4216
AMO 60" 45lb kodiak hunter.
-
It’s between 1970 & 1976. That’s as good as that serial number will get you. We need plenty of pictures to do any better
-
Thanks! I tried to upload the picts and received an error massage. I take some different ones and try again later tonight.
-
It is 1970-72. 73-77 had green futurewood risers.
-
Thanks ! Thats what I was wanting to know. I still shoot this bow a bunch. Its a great shooter for being nearly 50 years old. Heck Ive only got a few years on this bow!! :biglaugh:
-
If you know your woods you can narrow it down some more. 1970 had Pao Ferro with rosewood stripe and African bubinga. 1971-72 had shedua with rosewood stripe and African bubinga.
-
The wood types are beyond my expertise. I looked on line at the types but to be honest the both look to similar in my eyes to tell the difference.
-
Yeah they look the same to me as well
-
Also, is the medallion flush or raised.....flush until late ‘72.
-
It is flush with the riser. Looks like its gold or brass color.
-
Looks like Shedua and Bubinga too me. Always liked the early 70's with the laminated hardwood risers.
