Another summer has gone by ,and archery whitetail season is in full swing .
I’m hunting this season with a renewed confidence I haven’t had in quite some time .
My practice routine changed dramatically after doing Jim’s program , to allow me to achieve this new confidence.
My typical new practice routine is, draw, hold, aim and let down, draw, hold, aim and shoot. And alternate like this through the session. Ending up , shooting a limited amount of arrows , and holding about the same. No more “Flailing” !!!! That would be shooting arrow after arrow and doing nothing but engraining bad habits !
Good luck hunting everyone !!
And to Jim; “Thanks Again” !!!

That's wonderful news, Bruce. There's nothing that will put a smile on the face of a taget panic sufferer more than being able to draw, frame the shot then, having the control to either shoot or let down. :)
btw... the name Casto, not CastRo.
