I finished this one up last weekend and I've used it several times this week in our kitchen cutting up various things and I'm really liking it. This one will be going along with me to antelope camp in Colorado in a week to get a workout. Knife steel is 3/32" 1095, it has a 5.25" cutting edge and the scales are ironwood.

Looks like a good profile for kitchen work, game processing or just about anything. Really nice. Good luck at camp!! Being a southern boy whose never eaten antelope what does it compare to. Venison?

Thank you sir, I appreciate it! If taken care of properly, Antelope is some of the best meat there is, in my opinion. Personally I would rather eat an antelope over a deer or an elk!

As always a great knife. Ironwood makes it shine.

Thanks Dan, I appreciate it. I love using ironwood, it's one of my most favorite handle materials to use.
