I got asked to go to a bear conservation and hunting convention and bring a few knives. So, I'm working on a few in stock ones for the show coming up.
This one is my Woodsman model. 1/4" CPM3V with distal taper, skeletonized tang, exhibition grade stabilized Turkish walnut from Istanbul, olive G10 liners, double mosaic pins, and a brass tube. In addition to looking good it could go to war and back. It's a true heavy use tool.

This one is my Woodlore which is the same blade blank pattern as my Woodsman model, but in thinner blade stock with a thinner grind. This example is AEBL steel with tan canvas micarta, simple brass pins, and a handmade mosaic brass lanyard tube. I sent another exactly like this to Australia a while back to a professional hunting guide. All the wildfires made me think of him and want to re-do that build.

This one is my Mini Woodlore pattern. It's a bit shorter than my full size Woodlore model and is one of my personal favorites. This example is also AEBL steel but has black canvas micarta over blue liners, brass hardware, and a handmade mosaic lanyard tube.

Me too. That’s one of two Turkish walnut ones that I’ve done and I got some of the best walnut that I could for it. It wasn’t cheap to acquire in this quality but I think the results are worth it. I kind of wanted to keep this one but I can’t have them all.
