I ran across this very short video of Jim Ploen a while back and have found that it has really helped me to gain more and more control of my shot (by concentrating more on the "anchor" (rhomboid). It was such a good nugget for me, I thought you folks might find it interesting and maybe helpful as well.
Here's the link: You'll most likely have to click on the "Share" button, then, the web address.

Folks, at least those of you that are searching for improvement, This is vital information. YES, you have to click on the link to go to You Tube to watch but it will be worth your effort!! Too many think that the anchor is something on the face, IT'S NOT!! The facial references are a RESULT of your draw and getting that shoulder in position. So, your anchor is really in your back THEN the hand lands on the face where it will. The draw is accomplished by getting the bones lined up, NOT some arbitrarily chosen hand on the face position.
I've tried to say many times, Where your hand is on the face is a result of your draw, NOT a target for your draw.
